Quebec’s brilliantly fashioned red-brick building dates back to the Victorian era and has been stylishly refurbished into a gorgeous, polished boutique hotel. As a Grade II-listed building, the hotel has preserved its grand centerpiece, a magnificent, broad, winding oak staircase, illuminated by five ornate stained-glass windows. Lovingly restored Victorian oak furnishings, intricately handcrafted wood paneling, dramatic stained-glass windows, and a crackling fire with sofas to sink into provide a perfectly luxurious retreat at the end of the day.
