Our small, dedicated team offers live, one-to-one training for learners of all ages who are eager to gain real-world experience in the industry. Through our apprenticeship programme, trainees are immersed in every aspect of restaurant life, from mastering cooking techniques to delivering exceptional customer service — all under the guidance of our full-time industry professionals.
We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards, even under pressure, to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. Our vibrant deli and restaurant area seats up to 90 guests, while our impressive fourth-floor private boardroom can accommodate up to 100 guests for special events and functions.
